Grape variety : Grenache gris
This wine has a pale salmon colour with intriguing grey highlights. Very clean and
expressive nose with red fruit such as raspberry. It particularity is to have a good
balance between the fruit and the character of the wine. Great to be served chilled
on its own and has plenty of structure to be paired with cold meats, exotic dishes
grilled meats and salads.
